FLASH
CROWD
Using
the contemporary social phenomenon of smart mobs, when communication
and computing technologies augment the prospect for human
cooperation, a dynamic ensemble of WAC juniors and seniors,
create and perform a collaborative dance theater exploration
of culture, community, technology and identity. Conceived
and directed by instructor Kevin Kane;
choreography and text created by the cast in collaboration
with Kane.

Info: The class is upper level class available to Junior and
Senior students, and with consent from instructor. Show up
first class session for PTE numbers. Class limit at 20 students.

Kevin Kane is an award-winning teacher, director, and choreographer
who has been creating original urban dance theater productions
with young artists for eight years in the Los Angeles area.
