  Created large and successful Theatre Workshop class and program; creating, directing and choreographing 10 full-scale, original musical theatre productions and sponsoring nearly 50 daytime assemblies. Original class started in 1995 with 11 students, and ended with 3 classes holding over 50 students each with competitive waiting list necessary each semester for student enrollment.
  Supervised and scheduled highly active auditorium, both for school and community functions- including assemblies, performances, meetings, testing, community programs, graduation and award ceremonies, entertainment industry filming and casting, etc. Instructed and coordinated the pre-professional stage crew program.
      Committees
      Member of school's Finance Committee, English and Performing Arts Departments, Professional Development Committee, elected 2 year faculty representative on school's Title I Committee.
      Mentor Teacher
      Mentor Teacher (elected first year eligible) assigned to four new teachers (mentees) per year, responsible for their adjustment to the profession and overall well-being.
